营运资金是保持企业正常运营的桥梁，对企业来说具有重要战略意义。一般来说，对企业营运能力的分析需结合企业的财务报表，对总资产周转率、流动资产周转率、固定资产周转率、存货周转率和应收账款周转率等情况进行分析。经济全球化促使企业间的竞争更加激烈,影响经济增长得不确定性因素也越来越多。因此，了解上市公司在营运能力方面的基本情况，解决上市公司在营运能力方面出现的问题，维持好上市公司的发展，规范上市公司内部营运能力渠道和对内部资金的监督管理，以此来确保上市公司的进一步建设，具有十分积极的意义。本文以万达集团为研究对象，探讨营运资金管理的重要性及其在企业中的应用。首先介绍了营运资金管理的基本概念及其与企业财务管理的关系，然后针对万达集团的实际情况，分析了其营运资金管理的现状和问题，并提出了改进措施。具体来说，本文主要分为四个部分，第一部分介绍了研究背景和意义，第二部分论述了营运资金管理的基本概念和理论，第三部分通过对万达集团的财务数据和企业管理情况的分析，探讨了其营运资金管理中存在的问题和不足，第四部分提出了改进建议，包括加强管理意识，优化资金结构，提高资产周转率等方面。

Abstract
