摘要
能源是人类宝贵的资源，秉承着可持续发展的原则，智能表的使用让我们对能源的应用有了明确的认知。智能表拥有极为广阔的市场前景。新天科技公司可以从股东的投资、债券、股票发行以及其他其他途径筹措资金，这些筹措的资金在公司的总资产中的比例将决定公司的资本结构。为了实现企业的持续发展，优化资本结构是必不可少的，这是企业发展的必要条件。
本文以新天科技公司为例，从资本结构理论及资本结构优化入手，对新天的负债比率、负债规模等资本结构方面进行分析，根据新天科技公司目前负债规模较大、股权结构存在缺陷等的现状，分析出其存在的问题，有融资渠道缺乏、负债结构不合理、资产负债比率偏低等问题，并从调整企业融资结构、优化负债结构、改善资产负债比率等方面改善企业资本结构，降低企业成本，促进企业良性发展。
企业的资本结构只有处在一个合理优良状态的时候，企业才能够保持一个健康良性而稳定的持续发展。所以本文选择对企业资本结构优化中涉及到的相关事项进行研究具有非常重要的现实意义。
