Abstract:WhentheSocialistmarketeconomywasfirstproposed,policiestohelpbusinessesgrowwerepushedout,andGuangdongProvinceseizedtheopportunitytomakemajorbreakthroughsineconomics,politics,andculture.Therearemanycasesofsuccessfuldevelopmentoffamilybusinesses.However,therearestillsomefamilybusinessesthatareaffectedbytheconstraintsoftraditionalthinking,thebackwardnessofhumanresourcemanagementsystemandtheneglectofthewealthofpeoplearethemainreasonsthathinderthedevelopmentoftraditionalfamilyenterprises.

BasedonthecaseofXiongyuCompany,atypicalfamilybusinessinMeizhou,thispaperanalyzesthecurrentsituationofmotivation,stafftraining,recruitouttheexistingproblemsofhumanresourcemanagementinxiongyucompany,afamilybusimentandevaluationinthehumanresourcemanagementsystemofXiongyuCompany,findness,themainproblemsincludethelaggingideologyofemploying,theimperfecttrainingsystem,thecurrentincentivemeasurescannotmeettheneedsofthestaff,theimperfectassessmentsystemandsoon.Finally,combiningwiththeactualsituationofxiongyucompany,thispaperputsforwardsomecountermeasuresfromperfectingtheincentivemeasuressystem,establishingtheperfectstafftrainingsystem,perfectingtheenterpriseexaminationsystem,establishingtheperfectemploymentmechanismandsoon.
