ABSTRACT:Withthecontinuouschangeoftheexternalenvironmentofenterprises,therisksfacedbyenterprisesareconstantlycomplicatedwiththechangesofthemarket.Inthissocietywithrapideconomicdevelopment,thereareundoubtedlymanyopportunitiesforenterprises,butatthesametime,behindtheopportunityisamajortestforenterprises.Oneofthemostoutstandingperformanceissmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,becausesmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesthemselvesaresmall,capitalandotheraspectsarenotperfect,soitisdifficulttoachievesuccessundersuchaseeminglysuperiorconditions.Someenterprisesmaychoosetoworkhardinfinance,butthismayincreasetheliabilitiesofenterprises,andtheinternalmanagementofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesisnotperfectenoughtodealwithfinancialriskabilityispoor,ifnotprevented,enterpriseswillfacethecrisisofbankruptcyatanytime.Therefore,smallandmedium-sizedenterprisesshouldgrasptheircontrolcountermeasuresinadditiontoexploringthecausesoffinancialrisk,whichisofgreatsignificancetopromotethesustainabledevelopmentofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises.

Thispaperfirstintroducestherelevanttheoreticalknowledgeoffinancialriskcontrol,thenanalyzesindetailthefinancialriskofGuangzhouMAXCOOKSmartHomeTechnologyCo.Ltdanditsproblemsinfinancialriskcontrol,andfinallyputsforwardcorrespondingcountermeasurestotheproblems.
