互联网金融背景下大学生网络借贷风险及防范
摘要:近几年来，随着互联网技术的发展，传统的金融借贷业务也跟随着互联网脚步由线下转到线上业务。大学生是特殊的消费主体，对消费具有较大的需求，一些针对大学生的网络校园借贷平台渐渐地渗透到校园里。虽然这些网络借贷平台给予大学生一些便利，但是也带来了借贷的安全隐患。
本文对大学生网络借贷的使用和认知情况进行问卷调查，基于调查结果分析互联网金融背景下大学生网络借贷行为，互联网金融背景下大学生网络借贷风险的成因。通过网络借贷风险的成因来指出网络借贷行为造成的危害并提出相应对策:明确监管的主体，完善监管网络监管体系，加大学生的金融风险意识教育，培养正确的价值观和消费观念，完善高校资助体系建设。有利于促进我国网络借贷市场的稳健发展，促进大学生全面发展。

Abstract:inrecentyears,withthedevelopmentofInternettechnology,thetraditionalfinanciallendingbusinesshasalsochangedfromofflinetoonlinebusinesswiththepaceofInternet.Collegestudentsarethemainconsumersofthefranchise,andtheyhavealargedemandforconsumption.Someonlinecampuslendingplatformsforcollegestudentsgraduallypenetrateintothecampus.Althoughtheseonlinelendingplatformsgivecollegestudentssomeconvenience,theyalsobringthesecurityrisksoflending.
Basedonthesurveyresults,thispaperanalyzesthecurrentsituationofCollegeStudentsInternetlendingriskunderthebackgroundofInternetFinanceandthecausesofCollegeStudentsInternetlendingriskunderthebackgroundofInternetfinance.
Thispaperpointsouttheharmcausedbyonlinelendingthroughthecausesofonlinelendingrisksandputsforwardthecorrespondingcountermeasures:clearthemainbodyofsupervision,improvethesupervisionnetworksupervisionsystem,increasetheeducationofstudentsfinancialriskawareness,cultivatecorrectvaluesandconsumptionconcepts,andimprovetheconstructionofuniversityfinancialassistancesystem.ItisconducivetothesteadydevelopmentofChinasonlinelendingmarketandtheall-rounddevelopmentofcollegestudents.
