我国0~3岁婴幼儿托育教养人员生存状态调查研究

摘要：0~3岁婴幼儿托育教养人员是保障托育服务高质量发展的核心力量。本研究运用问卷法，通过随机分层抽样对我国华

东地区、华北地区、华中地区、东北地区、西南地区、华南地区、西北地区的1116名托育教养人员进行调查，探究托育教养人员

生存状态现状，研究结果表明：托育教养人员生存状态总体水平中等偏上，托育教养人员生存状态在年龄上无显著差异，在地

区、工作年限、机构类型、机构性质、专业、学历上存在极其显著性差异。为改善托育教养人员生存状态，主要建议：明晰责任，

赋予政府保障力；打造环境、增强机构管理力；破除固圈，寻求个体生长力。

Abstract：Nurturersof0-3-year-oldinfantsarethecoreforcetoensurethehigh-qualitydevelopmentofnurseries.Thisstudyuses

thequestionnairemethodtoinvestigate1116teachersofnurseriesinEastChina，NorthChina，centralChina，NortheastChina，

SouthwestChina，SouthChinaandNorthwestChinathroughrandomstratifiedsampling.Theresultsshowthattheoveralllevelofthe

livingconditionsoftheteachersofnurseriesisabovethemiddlelevel，thereisnosignificantdifferenceinthelivingconditionsofthe

teachersofnurseriesinage，andthereareextremelysignificantdifferencesinregion，workingyears，institutiontype，institutionna⁃

ture，majorandeducation.Inordertoimprovethelivingconditionsofteachersofnurseries，thispaperputsforwardsomesuggestions

onclarifyingresponsibilities，endowingthegovernmentwithguaranteetoshapetheenvironmentandenhanceinstitutionalmanage⁃

ment，breakingthefixedcircleandseekingindividualgrowth.
