BACKGROUND
1.TheSellerisengagedinthebusinessofexporting[DescriptionofGoods](Goods)andiswillingtoselltheGoodstotheBuyer.
2.TheBuyerdesirestopurchasetheGoodsfromtheSellerandacceptsthetermsandconditionssetforthinthisContract.
NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualpromisescontainedhereinandforothergoodandvaluableconsideration,thereceiptandsufficiencyofwhicharehereacknowledged,thepartiesheretoagreeasfollows:
ARTICLE1:GOODS
1.1DescriptionofGoods

1.2Quantity

1.4InspectionandAcceptance
ARTICLE2:PRICEANDPAYMENTTERMS
2.1Price

2.2PaymentTerms

3.1DeliveryofGoods

3.2FreightandInsurance
TheBuyershallberesponsibleforthefreightandinsurancecostsassociatedwiththedeliveryoftheGoodstotheDeliveryLocation.
3.3DeliveryDelay
IntheeventofadelayindeliveryoftheGoods,theSellershallnotbeliableforanydamagesorcostsincurredtheBuyer,unlesssuchdelayisduetothefaultoftheSeller.
