临床护理路径在缺血性脑卒中康复护理中的应用分析

摘要：目的观察研究临床护理路径在缺血性脑卒中康复护理中的应用价值。方法随机选取2018年1月—2019年6月在该院住院治疗的缺血性脑卒中的患者40名，随机将这40例患者分成观察组和对照组，每组20人，对照组患者采用该院常规的护理方法，观察组采用该院临床护理路径进行康复护理，再随访3个月，观察对比两组患者护理前后NIHSS神经功能评分和Fugle-Meyer评分，以及患者及患者家属对护理的满意度。结果护理前两组患者NIHSS神经功能评分和Fugle-Meyer评分无明显差异（P0.05），护理3个月后，观察组的患者NIHSS神经功能评分和Fugle-Meyer评分明显比对照组患者好（P0.05）；观察组患者及家属对护理的满意度为100.0%（20/20），对照组患者及家属对护理的满意度为75%（15/20），观察组的护理满意度明显较对照组高（P0.05）。结论临床护理路径在缺血性脑卒中康复护理中的应用价值高，有利于患者的恢复，而且提高了临床护理效果。

[Abstract]ObjectiveToobserveandstudytheapplicationvalueofclinicalnursingpathwayinrehabilitationnursingofischemicstroke.Methodsatotalof40patientswithischemicstrokewhowerehospitalizedinthehospitalfromJanuary2018toJune2019wererandomlypidedintotwogroups：theobservationgroupandthecontrolgroup，with20patientsineachgroup.Thepatientsinthecontrolgroupweretreatedwiththeroutinenursingmethodofthehospital，theobservationgroupwastreatedwiththeclinicalnursingpathofthehospital，followedupfor3months，andtheNIHSSnervesbeforeandafterthenursingofthetwogroupswereobservedandcompared.FunctionalscoreandfugleMeyerscore，aswellaspatientsandtheirfamiliessatisfactionwithcare.ResultstherewasnosignificantdifferencebetweenthetwogroupsinNIHSSneurologicalscoreandfugleMeyerscorebeforenursing（P0.05）.Afterthreemonthsofnursing，NIHSSneurologicalscoreandfugleMeyerscoreintheobservationgroupweresignificantlybetterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup（P0.05）；thesatisfactionofpatientsandtheirfamiliesintheobservationgroupwas100.0%（20/20），andthatofpatientsandtheirfamiliesinthecontrolgroupwas75%（15/2）.Thenursingsatisfactionoftheobservationgroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup（P0.05）.Conclusiontheapplicationvalueofclinicalnursingpathwayintherehabilitationnursingofischemicstrokeishigh，whichisbeneficialtotherecoveryofpatientsandimprovestheclinicalnursingeffect.
