县域三级综合医院急诊科院前急救疾病
谱调查研究
【摘要】目的：探讨我院院前急救疾病谱变化特征及急危重症患者在疾病谱
的分布，指导院前急救工作，为制定合理的急救策略及有效利用急救资源提供参
考。方法：采用回顾性调查分析的方法收集2021年06月-2022年06月急诊科院
前急救患者资料，对院前急救疾病谱构成情况，以及院前急救疾病谱与性别、年
龄、不同时间段、不同月份构成情况进行统计分析。结果：院前急救疾病谱前五
位的疾病依次为创伤、神经系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、症状体征、消化系统疾病，
疾病谱的男女构成比为1.36:1，发病高峰年龄段为20-39岁和40-59岁，发病高
峰时间段为11:00-15:00和16:00-20:00，各月份发病情况无明显差异。结论：
依据我院院前急救疾病谱，院前急救的重点为创伤、神经系统疾病，这类疾病发
病高峰时间段具有一定的特征，在高发时间段内应做好相应的院前急救工作准备，
以提升院前急救工作效率。

【Abstract】Objective:Toinvestigatethevariation
characteristicsofthediseasespectrumandthedistributionofacute
andcriticalpatientsinthediseasespectruminourhospital,to
guidethepre-hospitalfirstaidwork,andtoprovidereferencefor
formulatingreasonablefirstaidstrategiesandeffectivelyusing
firstaidresources.Methods:Thedataofpre-hospitalemergency
patientsintheemergencydepartmentfromJune2021toJune2022were
collectedbyretrospectivesurveyandanalysis,andthespectrum
compositionofpre-hospitalemergencydiseases,gender,age,different
timeperiodsanddifferentmonthswasstatisticallyanalyzed.Results:
Thetopfivediseasesinthespectrumofpre-hospitalemergency
diseasesweretrauma,neurologicaldiseases,respiratorydiseases,
symptomsandsigns,anddigestivediseases,theratioofmaleto
femalecompositionofthediseasespectrumwas1.36:1,thepeakageof
incidencewas20-39yearsoldand40-59yearsold,andthepeaktime
ofincidencewas11:00-15:00and16:00-20:00,andtherewasno
significantdifferenceinincidenceineachmonth.Conclusion:
