balanceddiet.

Objectives

Themainobjectivesofthenutritionmealcompetitionare:

1.Topromotehealthyeatinghabitsamongyoungchildren.

2.Toraiseawarenessabouttheimportanceofnutritioninchildhooddevelopment.

3.Toencouragecreativityandinnovationinmealpreparation.

4.Toinvolveparentsandcaregiversintheprocessofpromotingnutrition.

CompetitionFormat

Thecompetitionwillbeopentochildrenaged3-6yearsold,andtheywillbe

requiredtoprepareanutritiousmealwiththehelpoftheirparentsorcaregivers.The

mealsshouldbebalancedandincludeavarietyoffoodgroupssuchasfruits,vegetables,

grains,protein,anddairy.Theparticipantswillbejudgedbasedonthenutritionalvalue

oftheirmeal,creativityinpresentation,andoveralltaste.

JudgingCriteria

Thejudgingcriteriaforthecompetitionwillinclude:

1.Nutritionalvalueofthemeal–balancedproportionsoffoodgroups.

2.Creativityinmealpresentation–useofcolors,shapes,andtextures.

3.Taste–overallflavorandappealofthemeal.

4.Parentalinvolvement–levelofparticipationandsupportfromparentsor

caregivers.

Prizes

Prizeswillbeawardedtothewinnersofthecompetition,includinggiftvouchersfor

healthyfoodproducts,cookingutensils,andeducationalmaterialsonnutrition.A
