摘要：行李架在降成本过程中，支座材料由铝合金改为PA66，弹性模量降低，导致刚度、强度

变弱。在实际使用过程中PA66行李架感知刚度偏低，客户满意度差。本文通过仿真分析优化支

座加强筋布置以及增加支座与环境件的接触关系,使得行李架刚度明显提升并通过强度试验。同

时，仿真结果与试验结果一致性较好。
