Purpose

Toassesstherisksofaproject,beforemakingacommercialproposaltotheclientbyconsideringthe:

Projectscope/deliverablesandourabilitytodeliver;

ProjectManagementrisks;

Staffingrisks.

Theprojectriskassessmenthelpsusto:

Decidewhethertoproceedwithaproposalfortheclient;

Prepareourproposalsincludingfees;

Planthenecessaryprocedurestomanageanyrisksidentified.

Timing

Aninitialriskassessmentshouldbedonebeforewecommittotheproposalprocess.

TheriskassessmentshouldalsobereviewedandupdatedbeforeweconfirmTermsofEngagement.

Notes

RiskassessmenttobecompletedbytheRAManagerandTeamLeaderthendiscussedandagreedwiththeRestructuringAdviserbeforeproceeding.

Riskassessmentshouldthenberevisitedandupdatedatkeystagesthroughouttheproject.
