2.Thesellermustdeliverthegoodstothebuyertheexactquantityofgoodsstipulatedinthe
contractforsale.Indeterminingthequalityanddescriptionofthegoods,therequirementsin
thecontractwillprevail.Thewayinwhichthegoodsarepackagedhastobesufficientto
protectandpreservethegoodsuntilthegoodsarehandedovertothebuyerattheirdestination.
3.Goodsshouldalsofitforthepurposeforwhichgoodsofthesamedescriptionwould
“ordinarily”beusedandforaparticularpurpose.
4.Deliveryafterthedateorperiodfordeliveryisabreachofcontract,evenafundamentalbreach
ofcontract.Thetimeofdeliveryisgovernedfirstbytheprovisionsofthecontract.
5.Thesellershouldalsoensurethatthegoodsitdeliversarenotsubjecttorightsorclaimsbya
thirdpartyanddonotinfringeontheindustrialpropertyrightsorotherintellectualproperty
rightsofthethirdparty.
6.ThesellermayurgethebuyertoopentheL/Cincasesof:1)ThebuyerfailstoissueanL/C
withinthetimestipulatedinthecontract;2)Thegoodsarereadyforshipment,andtheseller
wantstoadvanceshipment.
7.Thesellershouldcheckthedetailsofletterofcredit.Ifthesellerfindsthatthetermsstipulated
inthecreditarenotinlinewiththosespecifiedinthecontractornotacceptable,itmust
immediatelynotifythebuyer(applicant)intheshortestpossibletime.Meanwhileitshould
