Thesupervisionunitshallcarryoutthefollowing
supervisionwork:
1.Reviewandapprovetheconstructiondesigndocuments.
2.Supervisetheconstructionprocess.
3.Inspectandtesttheconstructionquality.
4.Supervisetheenvironmentalprotectionmeasures.
5.Reportthesupervisionresultstotheconstruction
unit.
Theconstructionunitshallprovidethenecessary
conditionsforthesupervisionunittocarryoutitswork.
Theconstructionunitshallcooperatewiththesupervision
unitandacceptthesupervisionofthesupervisionunit.
Thesupervisionfeeshallbepaidbytheconstruction
unitinaccordancewiththeagreedamountandtime.The
supervisionfeeshallgenerallyincludethefollowingitems:
1.Laborcosts.
2.Overheadcosts.
3.Profit.
Thetermofthecontractshallbedeterminedbythe
constructionunitandthesupervisionunit.Thecontract
maybeterminatedearlyifeitherpartybreachesthe
contract.
Anydisputesarisingfromthecontractshallbe
resolvedthroughnegotiation.Ifnegotia
