1、中文简介

碳金融是指服务于旨在减少温室气体排放的各种金融制度安排和金融交易活动，即服务于限制温室气体排放等技术和项目的直接投融资、碳权交易和银行贷款等金融活动。随着全球减排目标的推进，碳金融已经成为全球经济转型的重要组成部分。

本课程全面涵盖碳金融市场的核心内容。学生将首先深入了解碳金融的起源、概念及理论基础、碳金融工具、碳金融市场体系与运行机制、国内外碳金融市场发展概况等内容。通过案例分析和行业发展趋势的学习，学生将全面掌握碳金融的实际运作方式及其在绿色经济中的重要作用。同时，本课程还将帮助学生理解如何利用碳金融工具应对气候变化和促进低碳经济转型，从而为绿色产业的发展和可持续环境保护提供理论与实践支持。

Carbonfinancereferstovariousfinancialinstitutionalarrangementsandfinancialtransactionsaimedatreducinggreenhousegasemissions.Specifically,itincludesdirectinvestmentandfinancingfortechnologiesandprojectsthatlimitgreenhousegasemissions,carbontrading,andfinancialactivitiessuchasbankloans.Asglobalemissionreductiontargetsadvance,carbonfinancehasbecomeanintegralpartoftheglobaleconomictransition.Thiscoursecomprehensivelycoversthecorecontentofcarbonfinancemarkets.Studentswillbeginbygaininganin-depthunderstandingoftheorigins,concepts,andtheoreticalfoundationsofcarbonfinance,aswellascarbonfinancialinstruments,thecarbonfinancemarketsystemanditsoperationalmechanisms,andthedevelopmentstatusofcarbonfinancemarketsbothdomesticallyandinternationally.Throughcasestudiesandanexplorationofindustrydevelopmenttrends,studentswillgainathoroughgraspofthepracticaloperationsofcarbonfinanceanditscriticalroleinthegreeneconomy.Additionally,thiscoursewillhelpstudentsunderstandhowtoleveragecarbonfinancetoolstoaddressclimatechangeandpromotethetransitiontoalow-carboneconomy,therebyprovidingtheoreticalandpracticalsupportforthedevelopmentofgreenindustriesandsustainableenvironmentalprotection.
