中国绿色酒店的可持续发展研究--以喜来登酒店为例

摘要

随着全球环境日益恶化，各行各业绿色发展情绪空前高涨的今天，酒店业作为以消耗大量能源为消费者提供服务的行业也不得不面对其绿色发展与传统盈利方式的巨大冲突。故此如何将酒店经营方式绿色化，走可持续发展道路是酒店业发展的必然趋势，也是近年来酒店人必须要克服的问题以及必须发掘的机遇。

本文通过以喜来登酒店为例进行我国绿色酒店与可持续发展战略的研究，以寻找到当前最适合我国绿色酒店可持续发展的实施方略。通过与喜来登酒店的绿色发展状况相比对发现绿色发展中有待发掘的空间，以酒店的能源管理系统，装修设计，人力资源以及员工培训，还有酒店的经营方式为突破点，从最基础的细节与方式出发来探索我国绿色酒店的可持续发展之路。

希望通过本文可以为我国绿色酒店的可持续发展事业提供一定的参考与借鉴，进一步促进我国绿色酒店的可持续发展，也更加提高我国绿色酒店发展的重视，实现酒店、消费者、社会三方共赢的有利局面。

Abstract

Withtheworseningoftheglobalenvironmentandtheunprecedentedriseofgreendevelopmentsentimentinvariousindustries,thehotelindustry,asanindustrythatprovidesservicestoconsumersbyconsumingalargeamountofenergy,hastofacethehugeconflictbetweenitsgreendevelopmentandthetraditionalwaysofprofit.Therefore,howtoturnthehotelmanagementwaygreenandtaketheroadofsustainabledevelopmentistheinevitabletrendofhotelindustrydevelopment,anditisalsotheproblemthathotelpeoplemustovercomeandtheopportunitythatmustbeexploredinrecentyears.

ThispapertakesSheratonHotelasanexampletostudythestrategyofgreenhotelandsustainabledevelopmentinChina.Inordertofindthemostsuitableimplementationstrategyforthesustainabledevelopmentofgreenhotelsinourcountryatpresent.ComparedwiththegreendevelopmentsituationofSheratonHotel,wecanfindthespacetobediscoveredinthegreendevelopment,anddesignthehotelsenergymanagementsystem,decorationanddesign.Humanresourcesandstafftraining,aswellashotelmanagementasabreakthroughpoint,fromthemostbasicdetailsandwaystoexplorethesustainabledevelopmentofgreenhotelsinChina.
