双碳目标下濮阳市化工新材料产业发展研究

摘要：化工新材料作为新材料中的重要组成部分，是支撑先进制造业发展的重要基础，也是传统石化产业转型升级的重
要方向。随着国家“双碳”目标的提出，濮阳市立足石化资源禀赋和产业基础，积极探索转型发展、创新发展新路，努力打
造千亿级新材料产业集群且已初具规模。为充分发挥化工新材料汇碳、固碳、减碳的重要作用，推动石油化工产业转型
升级，实现“双碳”目标，研究濮阳市化工新材料产业发展具有重要战略意义。

Abstract:Asanimportantpartofthenewmaterialindustry,thenewchemicalmaterialsareanimportantfoundationtosupport
theadvancedmanufacturingdevelopment,andarealsoanimportantdirectionforthetransformationandpromotionoftraditional
petroleumandchemicalindustries.Withtheproposalofthe“DualCarbon”goal,basedonitspetrochemicalresourceendowment
andindustrialfoundation,Puyanghasactivelyexploredanewpathoftransformationandinnovativedevelopment,andstrivesto
buildanewmaterialindustryclusterof100billionlevels,whichhasbeguntotakeshape.Inordertogivefullplaytotheroleof
carbonsequestration,carbonfixationandcarbonreductionofnewchemicalmaterials,promotethetransformationandupgrading
ofpetrochemicalindustry,andachievethe“DualCarbon”goal,itisofgreatstrategicsignificancetostudythedevelopmentofnew
chemicalmaterialsindustryinPuyangcity.
