摘要：多级离心泵故障停车的原因大多是设备结构设计不合理。文章通过对TDF型多级离心泵运行故障进行分析及总

结，分析了TDF型多级离心泵设备频繁故障的主要原因，其中平衡盘的灵敏度和材质、3台高压锅炉给水泵共用一条

平衡管是造成高压锅炉给水泵启动时平衡线压力控制困难、平衡盘长期磨损、平衡盘频繁瞬时咬死的主要原因。文章明

确提出了将平衡管线外接改造为内接、材质更新、提高平衡盘灵敏度的解决问题方案，改造后有效解决了制约TDF型

多级离心泵在启动过程中平衡盘频繁抱死的故障问题，彻底消除了这一困扰已久的缺陷，确保了高压锅炉给水系统的

稳定性，为装置平稳运行作出了积极贡献。

Abstract:Thefailureofthemulti-stagecentrifugalpumpismostlycausedbytheunreasonabledesignoftheequipmentstructure.

ByanalyzingandsummarizingtheoperationfaultsofTDFtypemulti-stagecentrifugalpump,themainreasonsforfrequentfailures

ofTDFtypemulti-stagecentrifugalpumpequipmentareanalyzed,amongthem,thesensitivityandmaterialofthebalancediscand

thecommonbalancetubeofthreehighpressureboilerfeedwaterpumpsarethemainreasonsthatmakethepressurecontrolofthe

balancelinedificult,thebalancediscwearforalongtimeandthebalancediscinstantbitefrequentlywhenthehighpressureboiler

feedwaterpumpstarts.Thispaperputsforwardthesolutiontotheproblemoftransformingtheexternalconnectionofthebalance

pipelineintotheinternalconnection,renewingthematerialandimprovingthesensitivityofthebalancedisc,afterthetransformation,

theproblemthatthebalancediscoftheTDFtypemulti-stagecentrifugalpumpfrequentlylockedinthestartingprocessissolved
