LIMITEDWARRANTYANDLIMITATIONOFLIABILITY

EachFlukeproductiswarrantedtobefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipundernormaluseand

service.Thewarrantyperiodisthreeyearsandbeginsonthedateofshipment.Parts,productrepairs,and

servicesarewarrantedfor90days.Thiswarrantyextendsonlytotheoriginalbuyerorend-usercustomerof

aFlukeauthorizedreseller,anddoesnotapplytofuses,disposablebatteries,ortoanyproductwhich,in

Flukesopinion,hasbeenmisused,altered,neglected,contaminated,ordamagedbyaccidentorabnormal

conditionsofoperationorhandling.Flukewarrantsthatsoftwarewilloperatesubstantiallyinaccordancewith

itsfunctionalspecificationsfor90daysandthatithasbeenproperlyrecordedonnon-defectivemedia.Fluke

doesnotwarrantthatsoftwarewillbeerrorfreeoroperatewithoutinterruption.

Flukeauthorizedresellersshallextendthiswarrantyonnewandunusedproductstoend-usercustomers

onlybuthavenoauthoritytoextendagreaterordifferentwarrantyonbehalfofFluke.Warrantysupportis

availableonlyifproductispurchasedthroughaFlukeauthorizedsalesoutletorBuyerhaspaidthe

applicableinternationalprice.FlukereservestherighttoinvoiceBuyerforimportationcostsof

repair/replacementpartswhenproductpurchasedinonecountryissubmittedforrepairinanothercountry.

Flukeswarrantyobligationislimited,atFlukesoption,torefundofthepurchaseprice,freeofchargerepair,

orreplacementofadefectiveproductwhichisreturnedtoa
