新时代企业加强普法警示教育工作的探索与应用

摘要：普法宣传教育是构建企业和谐稳定发展的重要基础和有效途径。开展企业普法，把普法警示教育融入企业生产经
营管理中，促进企业依法管理，确保员工严守底线、遵纪守法，是企业生产经营健康运行、高质量发展的法律保障。随着
经济发展和法治化进程的不断加快，通过强化工作创新，探索普法警示教育的新形式、新方法，增强警示宣传教育工作
的接受度和实效性，有效增强员工的法纪意识，真正把普法警示教育工作落到实处。

Abstract:Lawpopularizationeducationisanimportantbasisandeffectivewaytobuildaharmoniousandstabledevelopmentof
enterprises.Tocarryoutenterpriselawpopularization,integratelawpopularizationwarningeducationintoenterpriseproduction
andoperationmanagement,promoteenterprisemanagementaccordingtolaw,ensureemployeesstrictlyobservethebottomlineand
abidebydisciplineandlaw,arethelegalguaranteeforthehealthyoperationandhigh-qualitydevelopmentofenterpriseproduction
andoperation.Withthecontinuousaccelerationofeconomicdevelopmentandtheprocessofruleoflaw,throughstrengthening
workinnovation,exploringnewformsandnewmethodsoflawpopularizationandwarningeducation,enhancingtheacceptance
andeffectivenessofwarningpublicityeducationwork,effectivelyimprovingtheawarenessoflawanddisciplineofemployees,the
educationoflawpopularizationandwarninghasreallybeenimplemented.
