Abstract:Ammoniummetatungstate(AMT)isusuallyusedasoneoftheprecursorsoftungstencarbide(WC)

catalyst,andthepropertiesofAMTprecursoraffectthemorphologyandsizedistributionofWCmicrosphere,

whichhaveafinallyeffectonthecatalystactivity.Inthiswork,themechanismsofairflowandcentrifugalspray

dryingmethodswereintroduced,thentheAMTmicrosphereshavingdifferentmorphologieswerepreparedby

usingthesetwokindsofspraydryingmethods,andthemorphologyandsizeofthemicrospherespreparedwere

studied.Theresultsshowthatthemorphologyofthepowderpreparedbycentrifugalspraydryingissolid

sphere,anditisdifferentfromthatofthepowderpreparedbyairflowspraydrying,whichishollowsphere.For

theairflowspraydryingmethodused,theeffectsofsolutionconcentration,feedrateandsurfactantonthe
