4.ContractDateandDelivery

5.ContractTermsandConditions

5.2PartyAshallensurethatthepaymentforthegoodsismadeontimeandinfull.
5.3Ifeitherpartyfailstoperformitsobligationsunderthiscontract,theotherpartymayterminatethecontractandclaimcompensationforanylossesincurred.
6.ContractTermination
Thiscontractmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyatanytimepriortothedateofdeliveryofthegoods.However,suchterminationshallnotaffectanyrightsorobligationsthathavealreadyarisenunderthetermsofthiscontract.
7.ContractDisputeResolution
Anydisputesthatarisebetweenthepartiesinconnectionwiththiscontractshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiation.Ifnegotiationfails,thedisputeshallbesubmittedto[DisputeResolutionMechanism]forresolution.
8.ContractLawandJurisdiction
Thiscontractisgovernedbythelawsof[ContractLawCountry].Alldisputesarisingoutof
