【摘要】目的：探讨生化检验中肝功能指标检测在肝硬化患者中的诊断价值。方法：择我院2021年9月一2024

年9月检验的160例肝硬化患者作为参与主体，使其处在肝硬化组，同期检验的慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)患者120

例纳入乙肝组，并择同期符合要求的160例健康体检者纳入健康对照组，观察和比较不同组别的肝功能指标。结果：

与健康对照组和乙肝组相比，肝硬化组的AST、ALT、ALP及TBil水平明显更高(Pv0.05)；肝硬化组的CHE、ALB

及TP水平明显低于健康对照组和乙肝组(P0.05)o多指标联合检验的敏感度、特异度及准确度分别是96.25%、99.17%

及97.50%o结论：生化检验中肝功能指标检测的作用显著，可以判断患者是否处在肝硬化的范畴内，为患者后续治疗

提供有价值的参考，可在临床检验科推广应用。

[Abstract]Objective：Toexplorethedianosticvalueofliverfunctionindexesdetectioninbiochemicaltestsin

patientswithlivercirrhosis.Methods：Atotalof160patientswithlivercirrhosiswhoweretestedinourhospitalfrom

controlroup.Theliverfunctionindicatorsofdifferentroupswereobservedandcompared.Results：ThelevelsofAST,

ALT,ALPandTBilinthecirrhosisroupweresinificantlyhiherthanthoseinthehealthycontrolroupandthe

hepatitisBroup(P0.05)；ThelevelsofCHE,ALBandTPinthecirrhosisroupweresinificantlylowerthanthose

inthehealthycontrolroupandthehepatitisBroup(Pv0.05).Thesensitivity,specificityandaccuracyofthemulti

indexcombinedtestwere96.25%,99.17%and97.50%,respectively.Conclusion:Theroleofliverfunctionindexes
