【摘要】目的：探讨接尘作业对外周血象及肝功能指标的影响。方法：将2020年1-2023年10间我院接

诊的接尘作业患者80例作为研究对象，设为观察组，另抽取80例健康体检人员设为对照组。两组均接受外周血象检测

和肝功能检测。对比分析两组外周血象及肝功能指标，对比不同工龄患者外周血象及肝功能指标。结果：观察组患者红

细胞、谷丙转氨酶和谷氨酰转肽酶均高于对照组，数据有统计学意义(Pv0.05)；30年工龄患者外周血象水平低于v10

年工龄患者和10〜30年工龄患者，数据有统计学意义(Pv0.05)；30年工龄患者谷丙转氨酶水平低于v10年工龄患

者，同时谷氨酰转肽酶水平高于10年工龄患者，有统计学意义(Pv0.05)。结论：接尘作业患者定期接受外周血象和

肝功能检测可对早期组织损伤情况进行及时了解，预判病情发展趋势，临床价值较高，可在临床中广泛应用。
