【摘要】目的：分析针对眼底病患者应用医护一体化管理模式的临床价值方法：抽取2022年6月一2023年6

月就诊本院的眼底病患者60例按照红蓝信封法分设组别，即参比组(常规护理，n=30)和分析组(医护一体化管理，

n=30)比较两组干预效果结果：护理后，分析组视力及眼压水平显著较参比组优，并且参数差异成立(Pv0.05)

护理后，分析组多维度自我管理能力评分较参比组更佳，并且参数差异成立(Pv0.05)结论：针对眼底病患者应用医

护一体化管理，可有效改善患者视力及眼压水平，提升患者自我管理能力

[Abstract]Objective：Toanalyzetheclinicalvalueoftheintegratedmanagementmodeofmedicalcarefor

patientswithocularfundusdiseases.Methods：60patientswithocularfundusdiseaseswhovisitedourhospitalfrom

June2022toJune2023wereselected.Accordingtotheredandblueenvelopemethod,thepatientsweredividedinto

groups,namelythereferencegroup(usualcare,n=30)andtheanalysisgroup(integratedmanagementofmedical

care,n=30).Theinterventioneffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.Results：Afternursing,thevisualacuityand

intraocularpressurelevelsintheanalysisgroupweresignificantlybetterthanthoseofthereferencegroup,andthe

parameterdifferencespersisted(Pv0.05).Afternursing,themultidimensionalself-managementabilityscoresofthe

analysisgroupwerebetterthanthoseofthereferencegroup,andtheparameterdifferenceswereestablished

(P0.05).Conclusion：Forpatientswithocularfundusdiseases,theapplicationofintegratedmedicalmanagement

caneffectivelyimprovepatientsvisionandintraocularpressurelevel,andimprovepatientsself-managementability.
