摘要
国际金融危机后，世界产业结构调整升级步伐加快，产业分工及转移深化，现
代服务业开始出现向发展中国家转移的趋势。安徽省正处于消费结构和产业结构升级
加快的阶段，服务业需求进入加速扩张阶段，正在加快推进的皖江城市带承接产业转
移示范区、合芜蚌自主创新综合试验区和国家技术创新工程试点省建设，以及日益严
峻的资源环境约束也迫切需要大力发展现代服务业来缓解。安徽省发展现代服务业面
临着极好的契机。
本文以现代服务业相关理论为指导，在明确界定现代服务业的基础上，定性
析了安徽省现代服务业的发展现状，并运用SWOT分析法，进一步深入探讨安徽省
发展现代服务业的优势、劣势、机会和威胁，最后，给出了促进安徽省现代服务业发
展的对策建议。
