Periodicparalysisisagroupofchannelopathies（离子通道病）thatarerelatedtosodium/calciumchannel.Itischaracteristicofskeletalmusclesrelaxedparalysisofrepeatedattackanditattacksrapidlyeverytimeandrecoveryinshorttime.*EtiologyandPathogenesis

Theetiologyandpathogenesisofperiodicparalysisisnotfullyunderstoodbutisgenerallyattributedtoadefeatinpotential,possiblyautosomal（常染色体）dominantinheritanceinbothhypo/hyperkalium,normalserumkaliformsoffamilialperiodicparalysishavebeendocumented.*Inbothforms,attackstendtooccuronawakeningandduringrestfollowingexercise.Highcarbohydrate（碳水化合物）orsodiumintakemayparticipateanattackinpatientswiththehypokalimicform,whilefastingmayprovokeanattackinpatientswiththehyperkalimicform.*Themorbidityofthediseasemightberelatedtomyolemma（肌膜）electricpotentialhyper-polarization.Baseontheheredodiathesis（遗传素质）,whenthechangeofintramyocytepotassium（钾）concentrationdifferencecausepotentialhyper-polarizationofmyolemma,thechannelofsodiumioninthemyolemmaisheldup,andthetransmissionofneuromuscleisblocked.Theclinicalpictureismyasthenia（肌无力）.*Pathology
