enhanceindividualsystemiccognitionbyprocessingandconstructingatthe

individuallevel,toenhancevolunteerpracticebycooperatingandinteractingatthe

behaviorallevel,andtooptimizethesocialsupportiveenvironmentbyintegratingthe

resourcesattheenvironmentallevel.Finally,underthesocialcognitiveperspective,

thestudydiscussesthatsocialworkinterventioninthedevelopmentofhospice

volunteersservicecompetencecanbecarriedoutthroughtrainingandempowerment,

participationinvolunteerservices,andorganizationalcollaborationandmutual

assistance,andbasedontheresultsoftheeffectivenessanalysis,itproposesthat

socialworkcancarryouthospicevolunteersmentalhealthworkshops,setupa

platformforthesharingofmultipleprofessionalknowledgeabouthospice,andsetup

adynamicfileofvolunteersasapracticalsuggestion.

Thisstudyenrichesthesocialcognitivetheoryandtheresearchonsocialworkin

hospicecare,andprovidesareferencefortheinterventionofsocialworkspractice

path.Asthisstudysuffersfromtheshortcomingsofasmallresearchsampleanda

singleresearchmethod,aswellasthehospicevolunteersservicecompetencehasnot

beenfurtheranalyzedandverified,andthelackofprofessionalassessmenttools,

thereisaneedtostrengthentheresearchinthisfield.
