[Abstract]ObjectiveBasedonmetrologyanalysisoftheliteraturesonthetreatmentofpolycysticovarysyndrome（PCOS）bytraditionalChinesemedicine，theresearchtrends，hotspotsandcurrentsituationinthisfieldinthepast10yearswerediscussed，soastoprovidereferenceforfutureclinicalapplicationandacademicresearch.MethodsClinicalresearchliteraturesonthetreatmentofPCOSbytraditionalChinesemedicinepublishedonCNKI，WanfangDataKnowledgeServicePlatformandVIPdatabasefromJanuary2014toOctober2024weresearched.CiteSpacesoftwarewasusedtovisualizetheknowledgegraphofauthors，institutionalcooperation，keywordsandotherrelevantdata.ResultsAtotalof1154Chineseliteratureswereobtainedthroughthesearch.ThevisualanalysisfoundthatthetraditionalChinesemedicineresearchofPCOSwasmainlyrepresentedbyHouLihuiandXuFang，andtheinstitutionswereconcentratedintheuniversitiesoftraditionalChinesemedicineandtheiraffiliatedhospitalsinNortheastandEastChina.Thekeywordsanalysisshowedthatinfertility，obesity，insulinresistance，intestinalflora，metabolomicsandotherresearchhotspotsinthisfield.ConclusionChinesemedicinehassignificantefficacyintreatmentofPCOS，anditsholisticregulationtheoryishighlycompatiblewiththesystemicmetabolicdisorderofPCOS.However，existingstudiesarecharacterizedbyregionalconcentration，andcross-regionalcooperationanddisciplinaryintegrationneedtobestrengthened.FuturestudiesshouldfocusonmultidisciplinarycomprehensivetreatmentcombiningChineseandWesternmedicinetopromotethemodernizationandprecisionofPCOStreatment.
