2型糖尿病患者恐惧疾病进展现状及影响因素分析

摘要

目的：通过开展?2型糖尿病患者恐惧疾病进展的现状问卷调查，探究其影响因素，为制定精准有效的干预策略提供科学依据。

方法：采用便利抽样法，选取2024年10月至2025年3月于河南郑州某三甲医院就诊的167例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象。运用一般资料调查表、恐惧疾病进展简化量表（FoP-Q-SF）进行问卷调查，借助SPSS26.0软件开展单因素分析与多因素线性回归分析。

结果：2型糖尿病患者FoP-Q-SF总得分为（34.8±7.9）分。单因素分析显示，年龄、文化程度、职业、家庭人均月收入、糖尿病病程、并发症情况、治疗方式及血糖控制情况等因素对患者FoP得分的影响具有统计学意义（P0.05）。多因素线性回归分析表明，并发症、血糖控制、治疗方式与FoP的正相关关系，年龄、文化程度、收入与FoP负相关关系。

结论：2型糖尿病患者恐惧疾病处于中度恐惧水平，医护人员应重点关注病程长、有并发症、采用胰岛素或联合治疗以及血糖控制不佳的患者，针对性地实施心理干预措施，帮助患者缓解恐惧情绪，提升生活质量与治疗依从性。

Abstract

Results:ThetotalscoreofFoP-Q-SFinpatientswithtype2diabeteswas(34.8±7.9).Single-factoranalysisshowsthattheimpactoffactorssuchasage,educationlevel,occupation,percapitamonthlyfamilyincome,diabetescourse,complications,treatmentmodeandbloodsugarcontrolonthepatientsFoPscoreisstatisticallysignificant(P0.05).Multi-factoriallinearregressionanalysisshowsthatcomplications,bloodglucosecontrol,treatmentmethodsandFoParepositivelycorrelated,andage,educationlevel,incomeandFoParenegativelycorrelated.
