[Abstract]ObjectiveToanalysemedicationpatternsfortreatingmenstrualdisorderswithdisharmonybetweentheChongandRenpatternbasedondatamining.MethodsMedicalrecordsfromthegynecologicaloutpatientdepartmentofWenzhouTCMHospitalofZhejiangChineseMedicalUniversityfromOctober2023toMarch2024werecollected.AdatabasewasestablishedbasedonTraditionalChineseMedicineInheritanceComputerSystem（V3.0），anddataminingmethodssuchasfrequencystatistics，associationruleanalysisandclusteranalysiswereusedtoanalyzethemedicationpatternsoftraditionalChinesemedicineinthetreatmentofmenstrualdisorderswithdisharmonybetweentheChongandRenpattern.ResultsAtotalof9003effectiveprescriptionswerecollected，involving410Chinesemedicinalherbs.ThetopfiveherbsbyfrequencywereDanggui，Tusizi，Cuxiangfu，Xuduan，andDanshen.Tonicmedicines，circulatebloodandtransformstasismedicinesandinteriorheat-clearingmedicineswereusedmorefrequently.Thefourqiweremainlywarmandcold，thefivelavoursweremainlybitterandsweet，andthechannelweremainlyliverandspleenchannel.Byassociationanalysis，acombinationofdrugswithTusizi，Gouqizi，Danggui，Xuduan，Cuxiangfuwereobtained.Afterclusteranalysis，fivegroupsofeffectiveclasssquareswereobtained.ConclusionTreatmentofmenstrualdisorderswithdisharmonybetweentheChongandRenpatternisusedtotonicmedicines，circulatebloodandtransformstasismedicinesandinteriorheat-clearingmedicines，payattentiontothebalanceofliver，spleen，kidney.Theprescribingstrategyconsidersbothsuperficialandunderlyingconditions，employsagradualratherthanabruptapproach，integratesbothcoldandwarmremedies，andensuresmutualreinforcementandrestrictionamongthetreatments.
