本单元主题是“科学和科学家”，呈现了一些有趣的科学体验、科学现象、研究发明，并探

讨了未来的科学发展趋势，激发青少年对科学研究的兴趣和好奇心。

本单元主题语境是“科学与科学家”，科学就是要从新的角度审视已存在的问题，提出新

的问题，发现新的可能，这些需要创造性的想象力，科学的根本动力和标志，就是要创新，从

而理解创新与想象的意义。

三、内容分析：

本单元的视频“WhyIsItImportanttoExplore?”生动地阐述了科学探索的重要性。本视频包

含两部分内容：在第一部分，不同领域的科学家和科学工作者从不同角度阐述了科学探索的重

要意义；第二部分呈现了不同领域、不同时间、不同地点、不同场景的科学探索实例，并展示

了科学探索的不同方法和工具。这些实例有的激动人心，有的惊心动魄，有的温馨，有的恐

怖……，但都很真实。
