Abstract

Soilpropertiesrefertothevariouspropertiesandcharacteristicsofsoilformedin

theprocessofitsformationanddevelopment,andareanimportantbasisfor

distinguishingsoiltypesandlayers.Intermsofsoilpropertydetermination,

hyperspectraltechnologycanobtainthespectralcharacteristicinformationofsoilby

measuringthespectralreflectanceofsoilatdifferentwavelengths,soastorealizethe

inversionofsoilproperties.Inthispaper,thepropertiesoforganicmatter,pHand

particlesize(0.002mm(%),0.002~0.02mm(%),0.02~2mm(%))ofsoilsamples

weredeterminedandspectrallydeterminedbytakingthecollectedsoilsamplesasthe

researchobject,andthespectralcharacteristicsofthethreeattributesintheareawere

analyzed.Threepretreatmentmethodswereusedtomathematicallytransformthe

spectraldataofsoilsamples,andtheeffectsofdifferentpretreatmentmethodsonthe

inversionofthethreepropertieswerecompared.Twomethodswereusedtoextractthe

featurebands,andfinallythepartialleastsquaresregression(PLSR)andsupportvector

machineregression(SVR)modelingwereusedtoinvertthethreesoilpropertiesinthis

area,andtheaccuracywasevaluated.Themainconclusionsareasfollows:

(1)Thethreeattributeswerecountedbytraditionalstatisticalmethods,andthe

organicmattercontentrangedfrom2.45to119.14g·kg-1,andtheaveragevaluewas

24.26g·kg-1,whichbelongedtothethirdlevelinthenutrientclassificationstandard.

FromtheperspectiveofpHvalue,thesoilismainlyalkalinesoil,andtherearealsoa

smallnumberofneutralandacidicsoils.Theparticlesizeofsoiltextureinthe
