摘要Abstract

学科建设作为医院在高质量发展要求下深化内涵建设的关键议题，其重要性不言而喻，而学科评估则成为驱

动这一进程不断向前的重要杠杆。本文旨在通过对我国医院现行学科评估体系的深入比较与分析，系统梳理评估

方法、一级与二级指标框架，以及过往研究的结论。在此基础上，提出关于一级与二级指标设置的优化建议，开

展医院学科评估工作，全面考量学科运行效率，并创新性地增设过程性指标与文化指标，以强化对学科发展动态

与内在动力的评估，为构建全面、有效，符合高质量发展的学科评估指标体系提供参考。

Theimportanceofdisciplineconstructionasakeyissueforhospitalstodeepenconnotationconstructionunderthe

requirementofhigh-qualitydevelopmentisself-evident,anddisciplineevaluationhasbecomeanimportantlevertodrive

thisprocessforward.ThispaperaimstoanalyzeandcomparethecurrentdisciplineevaluationsysteminChinashospitals,

systematicallysummarizetheevaluationmethods,theprimaryandsecondaryindexframework,andtheconclusionsof

previousstudies.Onthisbasis,theauthorsproposedoptimizationsuggestionsonthesettingofprimaryandsecondary

indicators,carriedouttheevaluationofhospitaldisciplines,comprehensivelyconsideredtheoperationefficiencyof

disciplines,andinnovativelyaddedprocessindicatorsandculturalindicators,soastostrengthentheevaluationofthe

developmentdynamicsandinternalmotivationofdisciplines,andprovidereferenceforbuildingacomprehensive,effective

andhigh-qualitydisciplineevaluationindexsystem.
