摘要

随着数字经济的蓬勃发展，平台企业发展势头迅猛，市场竞争变得愈发复杂与激烈，垄断行为也呈现出

隐蔽性和多样化的特点。我国传统的反垄断监管模式大多依赖人工进行审查，在规制更加隐蔽和复杂的

垄断行为时出现了监管滞后、效率低下、覆盖面小等问题，因此亟需借助数字化技术对反垄断监管进行

革新，促进反垄断监管的数字化转型。数字化转型的核心在于数据资源的整合与利用，通过将大数据、

人工智能等高新技术作为辅助工具，协助反垄断监管机构对市场行为进行实时监控和精准分析，不仅有

利于提高监管的精准度和效率，还能降低监管成本，为市场主体提供一个更加透明、公平的竞争环境，

更好地应对数字经济时代的新情况和新问题。

Abstract

Withtherobustadvancementofthedigitaleconomy,platformenterprisesareexperiencingrapid

growth,leadingtoincreasinglyintricateandintensemarketcompetition,alongsidetheemergenceof

concealedanddiversifiedmonopolisticpractices.TraditionalChineseantitrustregulatoryframe-

works,whichpredominantlyrelyonmanualscrutiny,encounterchallengessuchasregulatorydelays,

inefficiency,andlimitedscopewhenaddressingmorecovertandsophisticatedmonopolisticactivities.

Consequently,thereisanurgentneedtoleveragedigitaltechnologiestoreformantitrustoversight,
