我国高等教育第三方评估研究：回溯与反思

【摘要】改革开放以来，随着我国高等教育体制改革的不断深人，第三方评估在高等教育评价领域的地位和作用

日益凸显。我国高等教育第三方评估研究大致经历了探索、发展、深化三个阶段，研究内容主要涉及第三方评估的

内涵、类别、特点、理论基础、存在的问题及其策略研究等方面。研究虽取得阶段性成果，但尚存本土化研究不

足、研究内容不够深入、研究方法比较单一等问题。今后相关研究需要加强本土探索，深化研究内容，丰富研究方

法，以期为深化新时代高等教育评价改革提供参考与借鉴

[Abstract]Sincethereformandopeningup,withthedeepeningofthereformofthehighereducationsystem,thestatusandrole

ofthirdpartyevaluationinthefieldofhighereducationevaluationhasbecomeincreasinglyprominent.Thethirdpartyevaluation

researchofhighereducationhasexperiencedexploration,development,anddeepeningstages.InChina,thecontentsofthirdparty

evaluationresearchofhighereducationmainlycoveredtheconnotation,category,characteristics,theoreticalbasis,existingproblems

andstrategies.Althoughtheresearchhasachievedinitialresults,therearestillalotofproblemssuchasinsufficientlocalization

research,sufficientresearchcontent,singleresearchmethod,etc.Futureresearchneedstostrengthenlocalexploration,deepen

researchcontent,andenrichresearchmethodsinordertoprovidereferencesfordeepeningthereformofhighereducation

evaluationinthenewera.
