房屋建筑工程管理与施工质量提升方法建议研究

摘要

在建筑行业日益发展的今天，建筑促进社会经济发展的效果日益显现，与此同时，人们对建筑技术水平和质量的要求不断提高。在建筑施工过程中，要保证建筑物整体结构安全稳定以及功能正常运行，就要做好工程施工阶段的管理工作，以确保工程建设顺利进行。在建筑工程中，施工阶段的工程管理以及质量管理都是至关重要的环节，因此，工程与质量管理也就是项目管理的成本控制、进度控制和其他管理工作是最重要的，项目与质量管理得好与坏，不仅会关系到整个工程项目能否顺利完工，项目造价的高低，并可能造成严重隐患。由于我国目前还没有形成一套完整的工程施工质量保证体系，导致很多施工单位不注重施工阶段的工程质量管理工作，致使工程质量达不到设计要求。所以，一定要强化施工阶段的工程与质量管理，运用行之有效的工程与质量管理方法与管理体系，保证工程质量符合有关要求。本论文选择A项目作为研究的对象，分析了它们的施工阶段状况，发现了A项目建设过程中出现的一些问题，本文还对A项目工程质量管理提出了改进方案措施，为保证A工程质量管理达到设计规范要求，提高住宅质量管理水平，保证房屋使用安全。

Abstract

Today,withthedevelopmentoftheconstructionindustry,theeffectofbuildingpromotingsocialandeconomicdevelopmentisincreasinglyapparent.Atthesametime,peoplesrequirementsforthetechnicallevelandqualityofbuildingareconstantlyimproving.Intheprocessofconstruction,toensurethesafetyandstabilityoftheoverallstructureofthebuildingandthenormaloperationofthefunction,itisnecessarytodoagoodjobofthemanagementoftheconstructionphaseoftheproject,toensurethesmoothconstructionoftheproject.Inconstructionengineering,theprojectmanagementandqualitymanagementintheconstructionphasearecruciallinks,therefore,theprojectandqualitymanagementisthemostimportantprojectmanagementcostcontrol,schedulecontrolandothermanagementwork,theprojectandqualitymanagementisgoodorbad,notonlyrelatedtothewholeprojectcanbecompletedsuccessfully,theleveloftheprojectcost,Andcancauseseriousproblems.Becauseourcountryhasnotformedacompletesetofprojectconstructionqualityassurancesystem,leadingtomanyconstructionunitsdonotpayattentiontotheconstructionphaseofengineeringqualitymanagement,andcausetheprojectqualitytofailtomeetdesignrequirements.Therefore,wemuststrengthentheengineeringandqualitymanagementattheconstructionstage,anduseeffectiveengineeringandqualitymanagementmethodsand
