太仓市耕地安全利用现状与对策浅析

摘要结合太仓市近几年耕地安全利用进展情况，从钝化剂的长效性和稳定性、耕地土壤源头防控体系、监测数据动态掌控

能力、资金基础保障支撑、种植主体参与积极性等方面，分析了耕地安全利用中存在的问题，提出了加大研发力度优化技术参

数、配套政策扶持落实资金到位、加强耕地土壤污染溯源与源头防控、开发大数据平台提高数据运用能力、加大宣传培训增强

主体意识等做好耕地安全利用工作的对策建议，切实保障农产品质量安全。

AbstractAbstract：：CombinedwiththeprogressofthesafeutilizationofcultivatedlandinTaicangCityinrecentyears,theproblemsinthe

safeutilizationofcultivatedlandwereanalyzedfromtheaspectsofthelong-termandstabilityofpassivatingagents,theprevention

andcontrolsystemofcultivatedlandsoilsource,thedynamiccontrolabilityofmonitoringdata,thesupportoffinancialfoundation,

andtheparticipationenthusiasmofplantingsubjects.Countermeasuresandsuggestionsforthesafeuseofcultivatedlandwereput

forward,suchasstrengtheningresearchanddevelopmenteffortstooptimizetechnicalparameters,supportingpolicysupportandim‐

plementingfunds,strengtheningthetraceabilityandpreventionofcultivatedlandsoilpollutionatitssource,developingbigdataplat‐
