摘 要：随着食品行业的快速发展，部分食品检验检测标准也随之发生变化，导致食品检验检测体系难以全

面覆盖所有食品，进而限制了食品检验检测体系的应用价值。基于此，本文就食品检验检测体系存在的问题及完

善对策展开思考，以期促进我国食品安全事业的发展，有效降低食品安全风险。

关键词：食品检验检测；食品安全；行业准入标准；责任意识

Abstract：Withtherapiddevelopmentofthefoodindustry,somefoodinspectionandtestingstandardshavealso

changed,makingitdifficultforthefoodinspectionandtestingsystemtofullycoverallfoods,therebylimitingtheapplication

valueofthefoodinspectionandtestingsystem.Basedonthis,thisarticlediscussestheproblemsandimprovementstrategies

ofthefoodinspectionandtestingsystem,inordertopromotethedevelopmentofChinasfoodsafetyindustryandeffectively

reducefoodsafetyrisks.

随着大众生活质量不断提升，人们的饮食重心从面的检验检测便流入市场，很有可能引发大规模的食
