2.QualityandStandards:
ThequalityofthegoodsshallcomplywiththestandardsandspecificationsasstipulatedintheattachedQualityCertificate.TheSellershallensurethatthegoodsarefreefromanydefectsandmeettherequirementsoftheBuyer.
3.Quantity:
Thequantityofthegoodsshallbestrictlyinaccordancewiththespecificationsandquantitieslistedinthiscontract.NoclaimforshortdeliveryoroverdeliveryshallbeentertainedbytheSeller.
4.Price:
ThepriceofthegoodsshallbeasstipulatedintheattachedPriceList.Thepriceisfirmandnon-negotiableunlessotherwiseagreeduponbybothparties.
