ArbitrationUponmutualagreementbetweenthetwopartiesconcerned,adisputemaybesolvedbytheimpartialdecisionofathirdparty.Thisiscalledarbitration,whichhastwocharacteristics:

Anagreementmustbereachedbetweenthetwopartiesonsolvingthedisputethrougharbitration.
