2.使用范围

在开立存款账户的法人以及其他组织之间，实的关系或债权关系，

可以使用商业汇票。

【提示】个人不能使用商业汇票结算。

3.商业汇票的到期日

（1）商业汇票通常为远期汇票；纸质商业汇票的付款期限，最长超过6个月；电子

商业汇票的付款期限自出票日起至到期日不超过1年。

（2）商业汇票的付款期限记载有3种形式：

①定日付款的商业汇票：在汇票上记载具体的到期日；

②出票后定期付款的商业汇票：到期日自出票日起按月计算，并在汇票上记载；

③见票后定期付款的汇票：到期日自承兑或者承兑日起按月计算，并在汇票上记载。

4.商业汇票的承兑

（1）提示承兑期限

①见票即付的票据：无需提示承兑；

②定日付款或者出票后定期付款的汇票：到期日前提示承兑；

③见票后定期付款的汇票：自出票之日起1个月内提示承兑。

（2）逾期提示承兑的，丧失对前手的追索权，但不丧失对出票人的票据权利。

maturitydate.

(2)Thereare3formsofpaymenttermsrecordedincommercial

bills:

1.Commercialbillsofepayableonafixeddate:recordthespecificmaturitydateonthebillofe;

2.Forcommercialbillsofethatarepaidregularlyafterthebillisissued:thematuritydateiscalculatedmonthlyfromthedateofissueandisrecordedonthebillof

3.Forbillsofepayableregularlyaftersight:thematuritydateiscalculatedonamonthlybasisfromthedateof

acceptanceorrejection,andshallberecordedonthebillofe.
