AbstractObjectives:Toexplorethethresholdeffectofexercisefearonrehabilitationexercisecomplianceofpatientswithchronicheart
failure.Methods:Atotalof205patientswithchronicheartfailurewereinvestigatedbygeneraldataquestionnaire,exerciserehabilitation
compliancescaleforpatientswithchronicheartfailureandexercisefearscaleforpatientswithchronicheartfailure.Singlefactorand
multiplelinearregressionanalysiswereconducted,andsmoothfittingcurvewasestablishedtoanalyzethethresholdeffectandexplorethe
influencedegreeofinfluencingfactors.Results:Thecompliancescoreofpatientswithrehabilitationexercisewas(23.29±9.72),andthe
scoreofsportsfearwas(25.67±9.36).Multiplelinearregressionanalysisshowedthatgender,weeklyexercisefrequency,numberof
chronicdiseases,andfearofexercisewerethemaininfluencingfactorsofrehabilitationexercisecompliance(allP0.05).Thethreshold
effectanalysisshowedthatthelevelofexercisecompliancewasnotaffectedwhentheexercisefearscorewas≤18(P0.05),andit
decreasedwiththeincreaseofexercisefearscorewhentheexercisefearscorewas18(P0.05).Conclusions:Patients
