有关物质取本品适量，精密称定，加甲醇溶解并稀释制成每1ml中含1mg的溶液作

为供试品溶液；精密量取适量，用甲醇稀释成每1ml中含2µg的溶液作为对照溶液。另取

对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯与双氯芬酸钠对照品适量，加甲醇溶解并稀释制成每

1ml中含2.8µg、4.0µg与2.0µg的混合溶液，作为系统适用性试验溶液。照高效液相色谱法

（附录ⅤD）测定，用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂；以0.12%的冰醋酸溶液-甲醇（40：

60）为流动相；检测波长为240nm。量取系统适用性试验溶液20μl，注入液相色谱仪，调

节检测灵敏度，使双氯芬酸钠峰的峰高为满量程的20%，双氯芬酸钠峰的保留时间20

分钟，对羟基苯甲酸乙酯峰与对羟基苯甲酸丙酯峰的分离度应大于5.0。再精密量取供试品

溶液与对照溶液各20μl，分别注入液相色谱仪，记录色谱图至主峰保留时间的2倍。供试

品溶液色谱图中杂质峰，单个杂质峰面积大于对照溶液主峰面积，各杂质峰面积的

和大于对照溶液主峰面积的2.5倍。

【含量测定】取本品约0.25g，精密称定，加冰醋酸40ml溶解，照电位滴定法（(附录

ⅦA)，用高氯酸滴定液（0.1mol/L）滴定，并将滴定结果用空白试验校正。每1ml高氯酸

滴定液（0.1mol/L）相当于31.81mg的CHClNNaO。
