ThisLandscapeDesignContract(theContract))ismadeandenteredintoasof[Date],byandbetween[DesignersNameorCompanyName](Designer),a[DesignationofBusinessEntity]withitsprincipalplaceofbusinessat[DesignersAddress],and[ClientsNameorCompanyName](Client),a[DesignationofBusinessEntity]withitsprincipalplaceofbusinessat[ClientsAddress](collectively,theParties).
1.ScopeofWork
1.1TheDesigneragreestoprovidelandscapedesignservices(theServices)totheClientforthepropertylocatedat[PropertyAddress](theProperty).
1.2TheServicesshallinclude,butnotbelimitedto,thefollowing:
a.Siteanalysisandassessmentofexistingconditions;
b.Conceptualdesigndevelopment,includingsketches,renderings,andplans;
c.Detaileddesignplans,includingconstructiondrawings,specifications,andmaterialselections;
d.Coordinationwithlocalauthoritiesforpermitsandcompliancewithzoningregulations;
e.Preparationofconstructiondocumentsandspecificationsforbiddingandconstruction;
f.On-siteconsultationandsupervisionduringconstruction,asnecessary.
1.3TheDesignershallusereasonableskill,care,anddiligenceintheperformanceoftheServices.
2.FeesandPaymentTerms
2.1TheDesignershallsubmitanitemizedproposaloffees(theProposal)fortheServices,whichshallbebasedonthescopeofworkasoutlinedinthisContract.
2.2TheClientagreestopaytheDesignerthefeesassetforthintheProposal,whichshallbepaidinaccordancewiththefollowingterms:
a.[Percentage]ofthetotalfeesshallbepaiduponexecutionofthisContract;
b.[Percentage]ofthetotalfeesshallbepaiduponapprovaloftheconceptualdesign;
c.[Percentage]ofthetotalfeesshallbepaiduponcompletionofthedetaileddesignplans;
d.Theremaining[Percentage]ofthetotalfeesshallbepaiduponcompletionoftheconstructiondocumentsandspecifications,andp
