ReceiptofPayment

ThisReceiptandContract(hereinafterreferredtoastheContract)isenteredintoon[Date],between[FullLegalNameofPartyA],acompanyorindividualwithitsprincipalplaceofbusinessat[AddressofPartyA],hereinafterreferredtoasPartyA,and[FullLegalNameofPartyB],acompanyorindividualwithitsprincipalplaceofbusinessat[AddressofPartyB],hereinafterreferredtoasPartyB.

1.AgreementofTerms

1.1SubjectMatter:ThesubjectmatterofthisContractistheprovisionof[DescriptionofGoods/Services]byPartyAtoPartyB.

1.2PriceandPaymentTerms:Thetotalpriceforthe[DescriptionofGoods/Services]is[AmountinWords][Currency],whichshallbepaidbyPartyBtoPartyAinaccordancewiththefollowingterms:
