ThisEmploymentContract(theContract)ismadeandenteredintoasof[Date](theEffectiveDate),byandbetween[EmployersName],a[EmployersLegalStatus](theEmployer),and[TranslatorsName],anindividualwiththe[TranslatorsLegalStatus](theTranslator).
1.Appointment
1.1TheEmployerherebyappointstheTranslatorasa[full-time/part-time]translator,subjecttothetermsandconditionssetforthinthisContract.
1.2TheTranslatoragreestoaccepttheappointmentandtoperformthedutiesandresponsibilitiesasdescribedinthisContract.
2.ScopeofWork
2.1TheTranslatorshallprovidetranslationservicesin[languagepair(s)]totheEmployer,asrequired.
2.2TheTranslatorshallensuretheaccuracy,quality,andconfidentialityofalltranslatedmaterials.
2.3TheTranslatorshallcomplywiththeEmployersguidelinesandstandardsfortranslationwork.
3.Duration
3.1ThisContractshallcommenceontheEffectiveDateandshallcontinueforaperiodof[Number]monthsfromtheEffectiveDate(theInitialTerm).
3.2UpontheexpirationoftheInitialTerm,thisContractshallautomaticallyrenewforsuccessivetermsof[Number]months,unlesseitherpartygiveswrittennoticeofterminationatleast[Number]dayspriortotheexpirationoftheInitialTermoranyrenewalterm.
4.Compensation
4.1TheEmployershallpaytheTranslatoramonthlysalaryof[Amount](theSalary),payableonthe[DayoftheMonth]ofeachmonth.
4.2TheEmployershallalsoprovidetheTranslatorwith[Listanyadditionalcompensationorbenefits,e.g.,bonuses,healthinsurance,travelexpenses,etc.].
4.3TheSalaryshallbesubjectto[Listanydeductions,e.g.,taxes,socialsecuritycontributions,etc.]asrequiredbyapplicablelawsandregulations.
5.WorkHoursandPlaceofWork
5.1TheTranslatorshallwork[Number]hoursperweek,from[StartTime]to[EndTime],MondaythroughFriday,unlessotherwiseagreeduponbybothparties.
