一种通过电话的面试方式，是通过电话来了解求职者的大体情况，一般会在电话中进行，对求职者的状况进行基本了解，如自我介绍、工作经历等。如果被面试者和面试官距离非常远，见面不方便，面试就可以采取电话面试的形式。面试官会把面试者简历放在手边。面试者也需要把自己的简历放在手边，准备好如何灵活应答以及自己即将要询问面试官的问题。一定要在安静的背景环境中仔细倾听问题，并且清晰地做出适当的回答。
