铁水中石墨析出率影响因素分析及应用

摘要：针对铁水中石墨析出率偏低的问题，结合石墨析出率影响因素分析及高炉操作工艺制度，通过提高铁

水中碳含量、硅含量及铁水温度等措施，采取“五高一低一适宜”控制方法，在保证正常铁水质量的前提下合理利

用铁水中石墨析出的条件，有效促进了石墨的析出，实施应用后石墨析出率提高了32.31%，取得了显著效果。

ABSTRACT:Thegraphiteprecipitationrateinthemoltenironislow,combinedwiththeinfluencefactorsforgraphite

precipitationrate,andtheoperationprocesssystemoftheblastfurnace,thefollowingmeasuresweretakentoincreasethecarboncontent,

siliconcontent,andmoltenirontemperatureofmolteniron,adoptionofcontrolmethodsthatfivehigh,onelow,oneproperthe

conditionsforgraphiteprecipitationfrommoltenironcanbereasonablyusedwiththeguaranteeofnormalmoltenironsquality,thenthe

precipitationofgraphitewaspromotedeffectively,theprecipitationrateofgraphitewasincreasedby32.31%aftermeasuresareapplied,

itgetstheobviousresults.
