PerformanceofServices
TheServiceContractorshallperformalloftheServicesattheSitespecifiedin
accordancewiththisContract;
withthecoreanddill
withthecareanddiligenceexpectedofaprofessionalexperiencedServiceContractorin
providingservicesofthistype;
ineveryrespecttothereasonablesatisfactionoftheManager;
inconformitywithalldirectionsandrequirementsoftheManager;
incompliancewithallLawsStatutoryRequirementsandreq
jurisdictionaffectingtheServices,theSiteortheServiceContractor’snel;
andmustprovideinformationtotheManagerregardingthemannerandtimingofthe
performance
oftheServices,onrequest.
Thegivingofanyapproval,direction,instructionorinformationbytheManagerand
compliancewiththe章程hastheServicers.Contractorwillnotreliveorreducethe
Servicers.Contractor’ssoleresponsibilityfor
theperformanceoftheServicesinaccordancewiththisContract.

TheServiceContractorshallprovidelabour,materials,resources,andsupportandshall
completeallitsobliionsandresponsibilitiesforthisContract.Thoseobliionswill
betoprovidegeneralmaintenanceservices,meetingandcollaborationroomtechnical
management,minormovesupportandmiscellaneousservicestotheclient’ssite
weenthehoursof8:30amtill5:30pmMondaytoFridayandonanafterhoursor
weeken
